How much is the pay?

The pay varies by the position and client you choose to work for. It can range between $9 - $18/hr but averages around the $12/hr. You have full autonomy on who you work with, so you have the control over how you much make.

You can take a look at https://enchantedglobal.com/jobs/arise-opportunities to see what the pay rates are, if you are not registered with Arise you will not be able to see the company names.

Pro tip: Choose a fun project starting out, then choose something more stress down the road, you are able to work multiple contracts at the same time so always have something stress free you can fall back on.

How will I be paid?

You will be paid on the 15th and 30th of every month via direct deposit. If those dates fall on a weekend, you will be paid the Friday before. If one of those dates is a National Holiday it will be processed the following business day. Some banks may place hold on funds please also take that into time factoring.

If you prefer us to mail you a check we can. We are not responsible if check does not reach you. A $30.00 check stop fee will be deducted from your pay if you should lose or not receive a check. We do offer USPS Certified Mail or Priority Mail for $6.99 to mail a paycheck for peace of mind. Or we do offer free standard mailing.

Where do I buy my headset from?

What are the internet requirements?

Hard-wired 3.0 Mbps download / 1.0 Mbps upload broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection

Note: The use of wireless connections to access any Arise system at any time is prohibited, even if the connection is encrypted. Additionally, Satellite, Microwave, and Cellular Hotspot Internet Services are not permitted.

Does Enchanted Global, LLC charge monthly service fees?

We know that you work hard for your money. Enchanted Global, LLC does not charge any outrageous fees. The Arise platform charges each agent a service fee of $20 per invoice period or a total of $40 a month. That is something we have no control over, they take that out for management of the system.

What is an IBO, IB and a CSP?
IBO stands for Independent Business Owner and an IB is an Independent Business. An Independent Business is a duly incorporated or registered business entity which has been contracted by Arise to provide services for a fee. An Independent Business is owned by an Independent Business Owner (IBO). An Independent Business Owner (IBO) is simply a person who owns an incorporated entity and operates their business through it. As a CSP (Client Service Professional) you can’t work with Arise independently on your own.
 

     

    Can I live anywhere in the United States?

    Please note, that Arise does not currently do business with Client Support Professionals located in the following states: California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York and Oregon.

    What is the Background Check and why do I need to pass it?

    Arise does not do business with any companies whose Independent Business Owners have been convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to any felony, or certain misdemeanor charges, including but not limited to theft, fraud, drug, violence or other similar violations. In addition, certain Arise clients require background checks in order to access their systems and interact with their customers. Therefore, a background check is required.

    Does Enchanted Global, LLC require a credit check or background check?

    Although Enchanted Global, LLC does not require a credit check, there is a national background check required from Arise Registration. The fee for the background check is only $7.95 and is paid directly to the vendor. All applicants must successfully pass the background check before proceeding to the next step. The background check does not include a credit report, so your credit history will not be a factor!
